Hello, I recently purchased the Power Video Cutter. I have Windows 7 Home Premium and after installing the PVC, my media player freezes up every so often. My windows are opening up off to the side and acting weird. Now, I notice that the size of the output file is so much larger than the original file size. This won't work for me, that's too much. And I'd like my media player to quit freezing up. Therefore, I cannot use this product on my machine. I had to do a system restore and went into the registry cleaner to get rid of the program. I wanted it to work but no luck, so I am requesting a refund to my Visa account.
