Power Video Cutter is a very useful application that can help you to cut any part of a video. Just import any video file, play it using a built-in player then define the start and end points to cut the video. The user interface is as simple as 123. The look of the cutter is very common and well known. A video preview is at the top-left corner of the window and output video settings at the bottom.
